Day 1: After breakfast, we depart from Marrakech and head for the High Atlas. Along the way up to the Tizi nTichka Pass (2,260 m), you will discover stunning valleys and quaint Berber villages tucked into the mountainside. Lunch is served upon arrival at Irocha. We will take those who want on an afternoon walk, either throughTisselday village, with its earthen homes, narrow walkways and picturesque fields, or up to the stunning Kasbah overlooking the valley.

  Day 2: We depart from Irocha after breakfast, and follow a track to the famous Ait Benhaddou Ksar, an exquisite historical site, backdrop to many big Hollywood productions. After a visit, we’re off againtoward the Drâa Valley. We’ll stop for lunch in Agdez, in a beautiful Kasbah overlooking the palm grove. Afterlunch, we’ll drive through the stunning desert landscapes to Mhamid, on the edge of the dune desert, where we will spend the night.

Day 3: After breakfast, those who feel like it can go on a dromedary ride into the dunes, to explore an ancient village under the sand. After lunch at the Kasbah, we will head to Morocco’s most beautiful desert: Erg Chigaga. On the way, we’ll drive through what is locally known as the Sacred Oasis. That night, we will eat dinner by a fire under the stars, and enjoy the sounds of Berber music before heading to bed in our tents.

Day 4: Watch the sunrise over the dunes! After breakfast, explore the dunes from atop a dromedary, after which we’ll drive to the old Paris-Dakar route in FoumZguid, on the banks of the defunct Lake Iriki. We’ll stop for lunch in Taznakht, before heading back to Irocha, where you might want to dive in the pool before enjoying a nice hammam.
 
Day 5: Leave Irocha after breakfast and reach Marrakech by lunchtime. Or spend the morning by the pool or exploring the area, and take off after lunch. You’ll reach Marrakech in time to freshen up, go for a walk and have dinner. We’ll be happy to advise you on where to eat and things to do.
